Fees


Circle Treatment Center has a variety of payment plans available. Arrangement for payment of services will be discussed with you either before or on your first visit. You may select from the payment option which best suits your current resources and preferences. We are providers for most managed care companies.

We accept local checks, money orders, cash, and most major health insurance. Those concerned with privacy issues may want to use our private pay plan. Please speak to our Administrative Director if you have any questions concerning fees and/or services.

Evaluation
 (Intensive Outpatient)		 $300.00
DUI Evaluation $200.00
Individual Counseling (45 minutes) $120.00
Group Counseling (60 120 minutes) $65.00 - $100.00
Three Hour MVA Program $35.00
DUI education and
counseling (12 hours)		 $65.00 per 2 hour session
